Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel

I'm sitting here eating an apple, my favorite fruit, and dipping it into the most scrumptious, heavenly, thing you could possibly imagine; Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Caramel.
According to her shiny gold lid Mrs. Richardson has been making this positively delightful dip since 1916, and boy is she good at what she does! With 130 calories per serving this Butterscotch caramel is well worth the fat. Don't fret though, Mrs. Richardson made sure to add some healthiness with her 1g of saturated fat; this caramel is 2% Vitamin A and 2% Calcium. Most people see Mrs. Robinson and think of her butterscotch              caramel ice cream topping, but really her caramel can be used for so many things, like..

  • fruit dip
  • moisten cake balls
  • shake/smoothie yummer
  • pie topper
  • on apple crisps
  • in candy-yams
  • stirred in with pudding
  • on pickles
  • cheesecake
  • brownies
  • and of cores the stand by, with a spoon!
There are also many ways to heat your butterscotch caramel, in the microwave with the lid off for 20 seconds. You could hold the jar over the stove, or maybe a fire till its heated (fire could could come from lighter, match, or a camp fire). You could also put the jar in boiling water (caution: jar may be hot). If you don't want to deal with heating it up then I suggest you don't get it cold.
This rich caramel delight can be found anywhere from 2 to 5 dollars and when you see the Mrs. let her know I said hi and keep up the good work.
